Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in RIDGECREST, California. This outpatient role involves evaluating patients, developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans to facilitate their return to community activities. The position requires a licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient experience who can perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver patient-centered therapy services in a flexible schedule.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active and applicable state license, and at least 1 year of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment with the agency or with Select Medical is highly desired.
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, documenting medical records accurately and timely, and participating in student training programs. The role emphasizes compliance with all regulatory standards and promotes patient and staff safety through adherence to safety policies and procedures. The employee is expected to maintain professional licensure and pursue ongoing professional development.
