Job Details:

- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of an assignment with the staffing agency; previous assignment with the organization.
- Additional Information: The employee will perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, document clinical notes timely and accurately, and ensure care is provided under signed physician orders and insurance guidelines.
