Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits and rehabilitation goals
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Montana or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Experience working in inpatient, outpatient, and/or home health settings
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Prior experience in a multi-setting therapy role (inpatient, outpatient, and home health)
- Ability to adapt to varying patient populations and clinical environments
- Opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience across multiple therapy settings within a single contract
