Job Summary:
Montana-based Xray Technologist is sought for a night shift position at a healthcare provider. The role involves performing radiographic procedures to obtain diagnostic images according to physicians' specifications, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high standards of imaging quality.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights; 10 hours per shift; minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Registration with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); CT certification; BLS certification from the American Heart Association; 1 year of relevant experience; Location requirements applicable to the Montana area
- Preferred Qualifications: N/A
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: The radiologic technologist will perform diagnostic X-ray procedures, operate all X-ray imaging equipment, educate and immobilize patients during procedures, evaluate image quality, and follow safety protocols including ALARA radiation safety measures. Responsibilities also include preparing and administering contrast, supervising and evaluating student radiographers, and ensuring timely and quality patient care.
