Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) Crescent City, CA. Job Details
- Shift: Days, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: California Physical Therapist License, BLS Certification, 1 year of experience, with a minimum of 0 years of experience required
- Certifications: CA Physical Therapist License, BLS Certification
- Duties: Assessing and developing treatment plans, documenting patient evaluations, providing treatment in accordance with the patients plan of care, supervising assistants and aides, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Additional Responsibilities: Participates in interdisciplinary teamwork, maintains documentation, ensures safety and infection control, and serves as a clinical instructor for students when applicable.
