Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment requiring at least one year of acute care PT experience and a valid driver's license.
Details
- Home health setting covering Massac, Johnson, and Pope counties
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:15am to 5:00pm
- One weekend of on-call coverage per month
Requirements
- KY Physical Therapy State License required if applicable
- Minimum of one year of experience as a PT in an acute setting required
- Home care experience desired
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with candidate listed as a driver required
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include delivering home-based physical therapy care and making appropriate clinical judgments
- Requires strong communication skills to build positive relationships with patients, families, physicians, and co-workers
- Candidates should be detail-oriented, observant, and disciplined with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with therapy best practices is expected
