Position Highlights
- Outpatient geriatrics in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs)
- 100% one-on-one patient care
- Float between three ALF communities in Shiloh, Sparta, and Belleville
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 40 hours guaranteed
- Manageable daily caseload
- Focus on balance training, fall prevention, gait, strengthening, mobility, and functional independence
- No home health visits—patients are treated within the ALF communities
- Collaborative therapy team with excellent work-life balance
