Description
American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with 1+ years of experience and ARRT-R certification for a 13-week travel assignment.
Details
- shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Interventional Radiology preferred
- Current BLS and ARRT-R certification required
- Washington State license required if applicable
- Epic experience required
- Compact license must be active and in hand at time of consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers accepted
- Floating required to First Hill Campus for regular shifts and call coverage
- Call requirement includes 2 full weekends in a 6-week period and 9 weeknights
- Uses Pyxis medication system and Philips and Siemens fluoroscopy equipment
- Patient population includes biopsies, GI, GU/Renal, peripheral vascular, pulmonary, CT, and endovascular procedures
- Caseload is approximately 50% inpatient and 50% outpatient
- Required procedures include Y-90 chemo delivery, GI bleed management, TPA administration, vein sampling, phase 2 recovery, and cryoablations
- Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront during the application process
- Previous Providence permanent employees must have a minimum 3-month separation and reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to qualify
- Two supervisory references covering at least 1 year of employment within the last 3 years are required
- Local candidates accepted at the standard bill rate
