Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) with specialization in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) practicing in Oklahoma. This role involves effectively screening, evaluating, and rehabilitating patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care needs. Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma; 1 year of physical therapy experience preferred; new graduates with Level II experience are acceptable; experience in long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation settings
