Job Summary:
A Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position is available in Lewiston, Maine. This 8-week assignment offers an opportunity to work in a busy Cath Lab within a Level III Trauma Center, providing specialized cardiovascular services. The role involves collaborating with a team to deliver quality patient care in a dynamic hospital environment.
Job Details:
- Location: Lewiston, ME, 300 Main Street
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Start Date: 08/17/2026
- Number of Openings: 1
- Required Qualifications: Certification in ACLS, BLS, ARRT or RCIS; minimum of 1 year of experience in a cath lab setting; valid certification credentials; experience with left and right heart catheterizations, pericardiocentesis, catheter-directed thrombolysis, peripheral, and hybrid procedures
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IVUS, IABP, Impella, FFR, OCT; working knowledge of EP or electrophysiology procedures; flexibility, team-oriented, and detail-oriented approach
- Additional Information: The role involves scrubbing for various invasive cardiology procedures including adult/geriatric patient populations. Equipment used includes GE X-Ray. The environment requires adherence to hospital dress code and scrubs provided by the facility.
