Occupational Therapist (OT) Contract Overview
This is a 15-week contract position focused on providing holiday coverage. The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Qualifications- Minimum of 1 year of experience, with the ability to work independently.
- Must hold a valid Washington state OT license.
- BLS certification required.
The candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals with:
- Cerebrovascular accidents (CVA)
- Orthopedic conditions
- Dementia
Responsibilities will include creating discharge recommendations and home program suggestions.
Skills & Experience- Experience in patient evaluation and therapy delivery.
- Ability to create and recommend home exercise programs.
- Familiarity with the Epic electronic health record system is preferred.
The position requires floating throughout the facility, with the exception of pediatric units.
Attire and Parking- Scrub colors should be neutral or solid.
- Parking is available adjacent to the facility.
