Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment supporting inpatient and outpatient therapy services.
Details
- Hospital setting with 100 beds and a therapy team of 31 staff across PT/OT/SP disciplines
- Provides both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services
- Standard equipment used for physical therapy treatment
- Documentation completed in Meditech
- Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- Occasional weekend coverage may be requested but is flexible
Requirements
- PT or DPT degree required
- License required if applicable
- Minimum 2 years of recent physical therapy experience required
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
- One professional reference required (two references required for Florida and Missouri placements)
Additional Information
- Responsible for helping the team manage a high patient load, with a productivity goal of 3 units per hour worked
- Works within a collaborative, team-oriented department
- Dress code includes pale/dove gray or black scrub pants with a dove/pale gray top
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
