Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings within a Critical Access Hospital
- Evaluate and treat patients to restore, maintain, and improve functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Occasionally treat pediatric patients when applicable and based on therapist interest
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the State of Kansas
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued through the American Heart Association
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience or interest in working with pediatric populations
- Familiarity with Critical Access Hospital environments or rural healthcare settings
- Flexible scheduling options (4 or 5 days per week) with no weekend coverage required
