Job Details:

• Shift: Day Shift (5x8 Hours)
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks (91 Days)
• Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
• Setting: Acute Care Hospital / Outpatient / Inpatient Rehabilitation
• Charting System: Epic

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist State License
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care Physical Therapy experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Rehabilitation hospital experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient and acute care settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform gait training, therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and patient education
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Assist with inpatient rehabilitation coverage as needed

Weekend on-call rotation every 7 weeks Holiday rotation; Christmas Day coverage may be required Travelers must reside more than 70 miles from the facility Caribbean Blue scrubs or khaki attire with a lab coat OSHA Respirator Clearance required before start Clean-shaven face required for mandatory fit testing (no exceptions)
