Details
- Setting is a hospital-based Rehabilitation department
- Shift schedule is 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Contract length is 13 weeks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in the area of placement
- Active PT license required if applicable
- No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration

- Does not accept local candidates within a 50 mile radius of the facility
