Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health & hospice post-acute setting, requiring 1+ year of experience and BLS certification.
Details
- Post-acute care setting within a home health & hospice therapy unit
- Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- No weekend shifts required
- 40 hours per week guaranteed
- 13-week assignment length
- Uses Point Click Care (PCC) for charting
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant Physical Therapy experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Active PT license required (if applicable)
- Valid driver's license required for consideration
- Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and rehire eligibility
Additional Information
- Candidates residing within an 80-mile radius of the facility may be considered as local candidates at a lower pay rate
- First-time travelers may be considered for this position
