Key Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services across both inpatient and outpatient departments
- Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with established care plans and productivity expectations
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary therapy team including PT, OT, and Speech professionals
- Document patient care and progress using the Meditech electronic documentation system
- Maintain a target productivity of approximately 3 units per hour worked
- Participate in weekend coverage on an occasional and flexible basis as needed
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (PT or DPT) from an accredited program
- Active and valid Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Florida (or eligibility)
- Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
- Proficiency with standard physical therapy equipment and modalities
- Previous travel therapy experience with the ability to adapt quickly to a new environment
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to an established team dynamic
- Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings
- Join a collaborative and supportive therapy team in a community hospital setting with a strong team culture
- Gain diverse clinical experience treating inpatient and outpatient populations in a 100-bed facility
