Description
American Traveler is hiring a Certified Hand Therapist for an Outpatient Occupational Therapy position requiring Level 1 trauma experience.
Details
- Outpatient occupational therapy setting
- Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Requirements
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification required
- Level 1 trauma experience required
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- BLS certification required
- NBCOT certification required
- Utah state license required (license required if applicable)
- Pending Utah license accepted, but must be in hand prior to start date
- Experience with orthotics, modalities, manual skills/therapies, and electrical stimulation preferred
- Experience with pediatric care, activities of daily living, biofeedback, cardiac rehabilitation, edema massage, feeding techniques, TENS, and ultrasound preferred
Additional Information
- Candidates must complete orientation modules on the first day, averaging about 2 hours
- Previous full-time employees of the facility are not eligible to return as travelers
- Candidates must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered
