Job Summary:
Cardiovascular Technologist / Interventional Technologist in Connecticut. This position involves supporting a busy catheterization laboratory with general interventional procedures. The role requires experienced, team-oriented professionals capable of managing complex cases, including structural heart procedures.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shift, 40 hours per week, with a work schedule of 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Certification and Education Requirements: Connecticut ARRT license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Radiologic Cardiovascular Interventionist Specialist (RCIS) certification is preferred.
- Required Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of cath lab experience, with certifications including Connecticut ARRT license, BLS, and ACLS.
- Preferred Qualifications: RCIS credential is advantageous.
- Additional Information: Experience with structural heart procedures is preferred. The role involves call coverage; one day per week and one weekend per month overnight (from 5:30 PM to 7:00 AM), with the weekend shift spanning from Friday 5:30 PM to Monday 7:00 AM.
