CT Technologist Job Details
This position requires a commitment of 36 hours per week, including shifts on Monday, Saturday from 7 PM to 7 AM, and Thursday from 11 AM to 11:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality CT scans in accordance with established protocols.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging sessions.
- Maintain and operate CT equipment, troubleshooting any issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate diagnostic results.
- Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Document patient information and imaging results in the medical record system.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Current licensure or certification as required for the role.
- Experience in CT imaging preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
