Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona. Certifications including BLS. Minimum of 3 years of experience in In-Patient Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing Unit (SNU), or Acute Care environments.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
- Float: Will float to acute care as needed.
- Additional Information: This position is created to provide coverage for leave, with a start date of October 12, 2026, and an end date of January 11, 2027. The candidate should have Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
