Physical Therapist needed for M-F 8 Hour Days. The facility can be flexible if 4 days a week are needed instead, please note at time of submission. This will be a mixed setting of inpatient and outpatient. The primary need will be the inpatient portion and the outpatient PTs cover the inpatient evals at the moment. OK state license and AHA BLS required at time of submission.
