Computerized Tomography Technologist
LocationGresham, OR
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 4 days/week, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Either Monday or Friday off each week
Key Responsibilities- Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes
- Perform a variety of imaging procedures including general radiography and fluoroscopy
- Start and manage intravenous (IV) lines as required for contrast administration
- Work independently in a solo capacity, ensuring quality imaging and patient safety
- ARRT registration as R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT) required
- Advanced Certification in CT modality (ARRT-CT) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
- Ability to start IVs and work independently without on-site supervision
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred
- Experience performing general radiography and fluoroscopy in addition to CT
