• Physical Therapist License for OR or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• New Grads: Allowed
• Experience: 1 year
• Local Restrictions: Radius restriction: 50 miles
