Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with 2+ years of cardiac catheterization experience for a 13-week assignment in a cardiac cath lab.
Details
- Work in a Cardiac Cath Lab unit
- 8-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with flexible start and end times
- 13-week assignment length
- Call rotation with core staff during weekdays and approximately every 3rd weekend
- Holiday coverage included as part of the on-call rotation with regular staff (12+ days of call)
- May need to float onsite within skill set and to sites within 40 miles, especially to a Franklin, WI location
- Uses EPIC for charting
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS certification through AHA
- ARRT or RCIS certification required
- License required if applicable
- Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals
- EP, balloon pump, cardiac cath, and peripheral experience preferred
- EPIC charting experience preferred
- Prior travel experience preferred
Additional Information
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
- Facility has a radius rule that allows local candidates consideration but may affect pay rate
- Candidates should begin discussing assignment extension with their manager approximately 45 days before the end date
