Physical Therapist – Inpatient
LocationAbbeville, SC
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities- Provide inpatient physical therapy services to patients across assigned units
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and clinical notes using EPIC electronic health records system
- Float within the facility or to nearby affiliate locations as operationally needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist licensure in the state of South Carolina at time of submission (no pending licenses accepted)
- Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
- Proficiency or ability to work within EPIC charting system
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local radius rule applies)
- Must be available to work some holidays during the assignment
- Former permanent staff must have been separated for at least 5 years before being eligible to return as a traveler
- Prior inpatient physical therapy experience in an acute care or hospital setting
- Experience floating between units or facilities
- First-time travel therapists are welcome, making this a great opportunity to launch your travel career
- Consistent Monday–Friday day shift schedule with no weekend requirements
