Physical Therapist

Join our team as a Physical Therapist, where you will deliver expert therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. This role is focused on patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy to enhance function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehab Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
• Active state PT license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying settings, schedules, and patient needs.
