Job Details
- Shift: Days, 9 hours per day, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine, or diploma required; current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; BLS healthcare provider certification; current advanced ARRT CT registration strongly preferred; two or more years' experience as a CT Technologist preferred; experience in using Canon CT system preferred.
- Schedule: Days, 9-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The CT Technologist will be responsible for securing diagnostic images with complex equipment, ensuring compliance with radiation safety regulations, supporting departmental growth, and promoting patient safety and satisfaction. The technologist will also act as a preceptor, participate in educational activities, evaluate new imaging equipment, and ensure all licensure and certifications remain current. Call responsibilities include backup coverage every 9th weekend and holidays when needed.
