Job Summary:
Radiology Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) procedures is sought for a shift-based assignment in the Fort Walton Beach, Florida area. The role involves performing both CT and diagnostic X-ray exams independently, ensuring high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The position offers an opportunity to utilize advanced imaging equipment and a collaborative team setting.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, working from Friday to Sunday, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification as ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) in CT and Radiography, current CPR certification, and coding experience in MEDITECH and PACS systems. A minimum of 3 years of experience in diagnostic radiology, including fluoro, interventional cases, trauma, and portable procedures, is required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to perform all aspects of diagnostic radiology independently.
- Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to perform both CT and X-ray exams independently and be able to handle a variety of diagnostic procedures utilizing advanced equipment. The work environment emphasizes adherence to departmental guidelines and policies, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional patient and customer care.
