Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days — Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a daily caseload of approximately 10–12 patients
- Perform patient lifting and transfers in accordance with established safety protocols
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records using the facility's EMR system
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
- Float to other units or campuses as needed based on census demands, performing only tasks within demonstrated competencies
- Active state Physical Therapist licensure issued by the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners or PT Compact Commission
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience (first-time travelers accepted)
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Demonstrated lifting and patient transfer skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience with EPIC EMR
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting
- Familiarity with high-volume outpatient caseloads
