Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health Rhinelander and Arbor Vitae Areas. This position involves providing occupational therapy services within the residents' homes across primarily Oneida and Vilas County. The role requires flexibility with territory boundaries and adherence to documentation standards, ensuring quality patient care and demonstrating compliance with certification and licensing requirements.

Job Details

  • Location: Rhinelander and Arbor Vitae areas.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Active BLS certification, Florida license in hand, at least 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in home care documentation systems such as Homecare Homebase (HCHB), and OASIS experience for staff completing Start of Care (SOC), with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Additional Qualifications: Recent six visits daily, minimum of 30 points weekly for productivity, experience with geriatric patient care, and ability to work in a flexible territory within up to a 60-mile radius.
  • Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy including activities of daily living, biofeedback, cardiac rehabilitation, edema massage, electrical stimulation, feeding techniques, TENS, ultrasound, and various orthopedic and soft tissue injury treatments.
  • Certifications: BLS required.
  • Schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
  • Submission Requirements: Active drivers license, personal transportation, RTO (Requested Time Off) submitted at application, timely documentation, and communication.
  • Additional info: All travelers are required to have an active drivers license, personal transportation, and complete orientation on Monday.
