Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current West Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; new graduates encouraged to apply. For PTA role, an associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited program; current West Virginia PTA license or eligibility; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; new graduates encouraged to apply.
