Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Rad Tech with ARRT certification and 3+ years of recent Cath Lab/EP experience, including 2 years of travel experience.
Details
- Work in a 2-room Cardiac Catheterization and EP Lab setting
- Adult patient population
- Procedures include PCI, Impella, balloon pump, device implants, and ablations
- Uses Toshiba X-Ray and Cannon equipment
- EPIC (Cupid) EMR system used for charting
- 4x10 day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- On-call requirement of 7 call shifts per 4-week schedule block, including 3 full weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Potential to float to Interventional Radiology
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in Cardiac Cath Lab/EP Lab required
- 2 years of travel experience required
- ARRT Certification required
- Current MA License as a Radiology Tech required, if applicable
- BLS and ACLS certification required (AHA only)
- EPIC charting experience required
- Interventional, Cardiac, PCI, and scrub experience required
- Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
Additional Information
- EP responsibilities include scrubbing for device implants, lead revisions, and ablations
- Free on-site parking provided
- Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of the facility to be considered for the local rate
