Key Responsibilities- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Manage an average caseload of 14–16 patients per day
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume patient caseload efficiently
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Opportunity to work in a structured outpatient environment with a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule
- Gain valuable contract experience in a dynamic California outpatient clinic
