Job Summary
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) position located in Lake Jackson, Texas. This role involves providing inpatient rehabilitation services for geriatric and adult patient populations, with a focus on treating conditions such as CVA, hip fractures, myopathies, and general debility. The assigned shift is during the day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on August 17, 2026.
Job Details
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours weekly
- Required Qualifications: Completion of an occupational therapy program, licensed in the state of Texas, and at least 1 year of experience in inpatient therapy settings
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with geriatric and adult populations in inpatient rehabilitation settings, adaptable team player personality
- Additional Information: The facility has 12 beds and caters to geriatric and adult patients. The unit utilizes Epic electronic health record system. Equipment includes Arjo lift equipment. Candidate should be comfortable performing physical transfers. Dress code is scrubs in hunter green or olive green.
