This position involves providing specialized support in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, primarily focusing on monitoring and scrubbing on cath lab procedures. Job Details:

• Position: Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist (CCL TECH)
• Location: Florence, AL 35630
• Schedule: Dayshift, 10 hours per shift, weekly guaranteed hours of 40 hours
• Start Date: 09/07/2026
• Shift Hours: 0600-1630 or 0700-1530
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Consolidated Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience monitoring and scrubbing on cath lab procedures; valid RT, RCIS, or CVT credentials; no minimum experience requirement specified.
• Preferred Qualifications: Five or more years of scrub experience in a high-volume cath lab (considered with less than 5 if experienced in a high-volume environment).
• Additional Notes:
  • Orientation will be provided weekly.
  • On-call coverage is required from Friday 1630 to Monday 0600 every 4th day and weekend.
  • Unit has 263 beds, with a patient ratio of 3 persons per case.
  • Equipment includes Philips Cathlab systems and Merge Hemo devices; uses Meditech electronic health record.
  • Support staff includes a supervisor and team focused on adult and geriatric populations.
  • Uniform: Scrubs in black; torn clothing or inappropriate slogans are unacceptable.
  • Position is for coverage due to leave.
