Job Summary:
The location is in Farmington, New Mexico. The position is for a CT Technologist at a regional medical center designated as a Level III trauma center. The role involves providing advanced computed tomography (CT) imaging services in a busy hospital environment, supporting the hospital's diverse patient population and their diagnostic needs.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: ARRT (R) certification in CT and Radiography, valid New Mexico licensure (can be obtained during onboarding), BLS certification through American Heart Association, a minimum of 2 years of experience, including prior travel experience in radiology.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with trauma cases, biopsies, and CT drainage procedures.
- Additional Information: The role requires experience with GE CT scanners (64-slice, 32-slice, and 16-slice models). The hospital features three CT scannerstwo at the main campus and one at the outpatient center. The patient population includes all age groups. The department is staffed with experienced radiology professionals and supports Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems using Cerner. Successful candidates will be integral to maintaining high-quality imaging services and patient care.
