Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) Outpatient in Michiganthis role involves planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment programs to patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of body part. The schedule includes working three days in one location and two days in another, with shifts of eight hours. The position is designed for professionals with outpatient experience seeking a temporary assignment spanning approximately three months.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications:
- One or more years of outpatient adult/pediatric occupational therapy experience
- Michigan Occupational Therapy license (active and required to be uploaded with profile)
- Strong pediatric experience
- Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (active and required)
- Previous travel experience (preferred)
- Candidate must have a clean driving record and own insurable vehicle
- Work history and skills checklist to be current within the past year
- Supervisory signed reference from within the past two years
- Reside within 50 miles of the assignment locations (considered at a 10% rate decrease if so)
- Perm address must be included in profile; all requested time off (RTO) must be noted at submission
- Additional Information:
- Candidates must be available to start on September 21, 2026, and work through December 21, 2026
- Nurse must dress in business casual or solid scrubs
- Time off requests should be made at the time of submission; requests after offer may lead to rescission
