Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of CT Technologist experience in a hospital or comparable clinical setting
• Current applicable state licensure and/or certification as required for CT practice in New Jersey
• ARRT certification in Radiography and advanced CT credentials preferred, if applicable
• Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols, patient positioning, and radiation safety standards
• Ability to work effectively with patients, radiologists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols
• Prepare patients for imaging exams by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort and safety
• Operate CT equipment accurately and efficiently to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to patient needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and support timely image transfer and record completion
• Follow infection prevention practices, radiation safety guidelines, and quality assurance standards
• Collaborate with radiology staff and the broader care team to support efficient patient flow and excellent patient outcomes
