1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism
1+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
Details of Assignment:
What You’ll Do Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth. Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans. Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices. Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, ICS, ABA) to maximize outcomes. Deliver in-service training & represent ESPH at professional conferences.
