Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of specialty experience within the last two years
- Active state license required if applicable
- Two clinical references from the last two places of employment, including at least one from a Nurse Manager or Director
- Additional reference required from each facility if candidate worked at multiple facilities in the past year
- Complete employment history for the past 7 years, including explanations for any gaps exceeding 30 days
- Current skills checklist valid within the past year
