Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient care to join a team in either Greenville or Commerce, Texas. This full-time position involves performing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions focused on improving mobility, strength, and overall quality of life. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Responsibilities: Perform patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology, maintain accurate documentation using the Raintree EMR platform, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
• Additional Information: Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day. The clinics are equipped with indoor heated aquatic therapy pools, AlterG anti-gravity treadmills, and other advanced equipment to support exceptional patient outcomes.
