Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans as prescribed by a licensed physician
- Administer occupational therapy treatments and therapeutic agents to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability
- Assist patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning within their capabilities
- Direct and plan occupational therapy modalities of treatment with a primary focus on the pediatric population
- Support patients in adapting to functional limitations and developing strategies for independent living
- Current, active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Wisconsin
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- NBCOT certification (or eligibility)
- Experience providing direct patient care in an occupational therapy setting
- Prior experience working with pediatric patients in a clinical or medical setting
- Familiarity with evaluation and treatment planning for pediatric conditions and developmental needs
