Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) position available in RIDGECREST, California. This outpatient therapy role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and promoting functional recovery to support community reintegration. The position offers a flexible schedule and is suitable for candidates with outpatient clinical experience.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week from 08/24/2026
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, outpatient experience, valid state licensure, and the ability to perform clinical responsibilities in accordance with state practice act and regulatory standards
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with patient evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation in an outpatient setting; active participation in professional development programs
- Additional Information: Responsible for completing comprehensive patient evaluations, documenting medical records accurately and in a timely manner, and ensuring care delivery aligns with signed physician orders and insurance requirements. Engages in student training and maintains professional licensure in good standing. Adheres to safety guidelines focusing on patient handling, infectious disease control, and slip/trip prevention. Demonstrates behaviors aligned with organizational core values, including safety, quality, teamwork, and professionalism.
