As a Physical Therapist in Home Health, you'll provide essential therapy services to patients in their homes. - Valid Drivers License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older: Required
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
- Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice: Required
