Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role involves assisting physicians with obtaining digital radiographic images of the heart, peripheral vessels, and related structures. The position requires scrubbing experience within a catheterization or interventional laboratory setting, with a focus on technical proficiency in cardiovascular procedures and patient care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting from 08/31/2026
- Required Qualifications: - Certification in Radiation Therapy or Radiology through ARRT or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification through CCI. - Graduation from a Radiologic Science program accredited by the Committee on Allied Health and Accreditation, or a special procedures program, or an accredited nursing program, or completion of a cardiac catheterization course. - Scrubbing experience within a Cath Lab or Interventional Lab. - Valid ARRT certification. - Must have experience in the cardiovascular specialist position. - One year of experience.

- Performs daily room preparations, including equipment setup and quality control.
- Operates, inspects, troubleshoots, and maintains cardiac catheterization lab equipment.
- Documents data for patient records, billing, and image archive, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Delivers pre-, during, and post-procedure patient care, maintaining sterile techniques and preparing lines and devices for administration and medication injections under physician supervision.
- Works efficiently to manage case volumes and patient care needs, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
