🏥 Travel Physical Therapist | Acute Inpatient | Day Shift | Arizona

📅 Contract: 13 Weeks 
⏰ Shift: 8 or 10-Hour Day Shifts
📈 Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
📍 Setting: Acute Inpatient Rehab

• ✅ 40 guaranteed hours weekly
• ✅ Acute inpatient hospital experience
• ✅ Work with diverse medical diagnoses and post-operative patients
• ✅ Collaborative interdisciplinary care team
• ✅ Epic charting system
• ✅ Opportunity to work alongside PTAs

• Department: Physical Therapy
• Patient Volume: Approximately 8–10 patients/day
• Areas Covered:
  • Emergency Department (ED)
  • Medical-Surgical Units

Treat a variety of acute care patients, including:

• Total Joint Replacements
• CVA/Stroke
• CHF
• COPD
• Sepsis

• Active Arizona PT License required at submission
• AHA BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of PT experience outside of clinical rotations
• Strong understanding of:
  • Disease pathology
  • Lab values
  • Interdisciplinary communication
  • Acute care patient management

• Options include:
  • 5 x 8-hour shifts with flexible weekend coverage (2–3 days/month)
  • 4 x 10-hour shifts (Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday)
• No self-scheduling
• Holiday rotation required

• Trauma Level: II
• EMR: Epic
• Scrub Color: Royal Blue
• 100-mile radius rule applies
• Maximum of 5 days RTO allowed
• Start dates are not flexible
