Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join a skilled nursing facility in beautiful Yakima, WA! This is a great opportunity to provide quality patient care while gaining valuable experience in a supportive post-acute setting.
What You’ll Do
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Collaborate with nursing and other rehabilitation professionals
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate patient records
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents
