General Information
Tell us about the unit(s):
· Number of labs – 3 Philips labs
· Number of Staff – 20 staff total
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 3 teams M-F 7a-730p
o Night Shift & Weekend – on call
· Team ratios – run 4 man teams for certain types of cases, otherwise 3 main teams
· Type of equipment – Philips c-arms, Merge vericis for hemo system,
· EMR – Epic
Typical hiring profile
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Experience in at least 3 of our service lines
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Experience in 4 areas
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· All service lines- EP, IR, Neuro, Vascular, Cardiac
Must have experience in at least 3 of these modalities
Best personality Fit:
· Flexible, self-starter, can take direction
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· RN License, BLS and ACLS
OR
· RCIS/ARRT for techs & BLS & ACLS– techs must have credentials
Dress Code:
· Scrub Color/Attire - we provide scrubs
Unit Guidelines/Policies:
· Will cover in dept orientation
Weekends and On call(if any)
· Call rotates
