Multimodality Technologist – CT / X-Ray
LocationJohns Island, SC
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every 3rd Weekend Required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Perform quality diagnostic imaging in both X-Ray and CT modalities in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Clearly explain imaging procedures to patients prior to and during examinations to ensure understanding and cooperation
- Produce diagnostic-quality images for interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner
- Deliver safe, compassionate patient care throughout all imaging procedures
- Float to like units within scope as needed to support facility staffing requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a multimodality technologist in CT and X-Ray
- Active ARRT registration in both Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)
- Active SCRQSA certification
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Radiation badge required — must be provided by the staffing agency prior to start
- No first-time travelers accepted for this position
- Experience in Emergency, Trauma, Pediatrics, and Orthopedic imaging across both modalities
- Familiarity with Siemens imaging equipment, Epic EMR, and PACS
- Opportunity to work at a Magnet-designated, Level 1 Trauma, Teaching Hospital with 865 staffed beds
- Gain experience in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment supporting a wide range of complex imaging needs
